UPLOADING OF LOCAL DMS TO CENTRAL

In the current uploading SQl script, only LABELID of the FACTOR table is take into account. The FACTORID value is replaces by the new LABELID value which is incorrect. A factor can group several labels.

Another table znewFACTOR should be created containing the local and new central id for the FACTORID.
