- 5.5.1.6 ----------------------------------------------------------------
- 21/05/10 Added default REFID to all GMS_addChanges Calls
- .SET fld=xx IN nn description
- where
- xx and nn have the same definition as before
- description is text which is assigned to field CHANGES.CDESC
- In addition, if you use the .OPT REFID=n command then CHANGES.CREF will be
- filled with n for all changes until the next .OPT REFID command.
- 5.5.1.5 ----------------------------------------------------------------
- 13/02/10 Increased field width for printing GIDs to 9 characters.
- 12/11/09 INCREASED FIELDWIDTH FOR GID IN FORMAT 116
- 12/11/09 Had to change the file type of .r*files to "Resource Script"
- before Visual studio would recognize the resource file.
- 5.5.1.3 ------------------------------------------------------------------
- 20/10/08
- Changes: Modified COP to assign 1 for inbreeding coefficient of DH lines
- ADDED COMPONENTS %ORDER AND %EXORD TO THE GMS_TREE DATA
- STRUCTURE TO STORE THE CROSS ORDER AND THE EXTRACTION ORDER
- OF TREE ELEMENTS RESPECIVELY. CHANGED DIMENSION OF GTREE,
- ITREE AND RTREE TO ACCOMODATE THE NEW STRUCTURE.
- MODIFIED FUNCTION COP TO CHECK %METHOD FOR DH METHOD
- WHEN COMPUTING INBREEDING COEFFICIENT OF LINES AND
- ASSIGN 1 WHEN FOUND.
- CLEANED UP SUBROUTINE LCOPI TO USE THE NEW TRREE STRUCTURE
- WHEN OUTPUTING A TREE IN OFFSPRING, SIRE, DAM FORMAT.
- 5.5.1.2 ----------------------------------------------------------------
- 29/06/08 Increased output field width for LISTID in SUBROUTINE SEARCHLISTS
- 29/06/08 Increased size of LISTDATA.SOURCE to 256
- 5.5.1.1 ----------------------------------------------------------------
- 09/05/08 MODIFIED DEFAULTS FOR INBREEDING IN COP CALCULATIONS
- CHANGED OPTION FLAG BTYPE FROM REAL TO INTEGER WITH VALUES:
- BTYPE=1 FOR SF CROPS ASSUMING FULL INBREEDING FOR LINES WITH UNKNOWN SOURCE
- BTYPE=2 FOR SF CROPS ASSUMING F4 FOR LINES WITH UNKNOWN SOURCE BUT KNOWN PARENTS
- BTYPE=0 FOR CF CROPS
- 5.4.2.11 ---------------------------------------------------------------
- 09/05/08 Increased dimension of UDFLDS buffer (UDFNO and UDFCD)
- 5.4.2.10 ----------------------------------------------------------------
- 24/04/08 INCREASED LENGTH OF NAME VARIABLES FROM 80 TO 256 TO CATER FOR
- MAIZE PEDIGREES. INCREASED VARIABLE SIZE IN NAMLST AND FCROSS1,
- BUT NOT IN NAMLST1 WHICH IS ONLY CALLED FROM ADDCROSS WHICH IS
- NOT USED AT ALL AT THE MOMENT.
- 24/04/08 Added NUID to output of NAMES in WRTGERM.
- 5.4.2.7 ----------------------------------------------------------------
- 18/04/08 A list of initial option settings is now printed to the log file
- and missing fields from the germplasm details have been added to
- the log file. Some change error messages have been logged, but those
- requiring an interactive response are not logged.
- 18/04/08 SETGPID2 CHANGED TO DETECT CREATION OF ONE-STEP CIRCULARITIES
- 5.4.2.6 ----------------------------------------------------------------
- 15/04/08 FIXED SOME SPACE BUGS IN SEARCHLISTS AND ADDED ERROR DIAGNOSTICS
- REMOVED AUTOMATI*LIST SEARCH FROM WRITEGERM SO USER MUST USE .SLS
- 5.4.2.4 ----------------------------------------------------------------
- 21/02/08 ADDED COMMAND .ICP LST <LVL> TO EXPORT THE TREE FOR A LIST
- USING OFFSPRING DAM SIRE FORMAT.
- 11/02/08 Added argument LVL to commands .COP LSt and .EXT LST so that
- .EXT LST <lvl> will extract the combined pedigree tree for the
- open list up to lvl generative generations only and
- .COP LST <lvl> computes the COP matrix using pedigrees over
- the last lvl generative generations only.
- This involved setting GADDR to 0 in ancestors with incomplete
- pedigree expansion at line 25-2 in SUBROUTINE LCOP and skipping
- the computation of coefficient of inbreeding for non expanded
- common group sources at line 5-5 in FUNCTION COP.
- 5.4.2.2 ----------------------------------------------------------------
